Post by: evilknight on July 20, 2003, 04:06:20 PM
ok, here's the thing, my parents r gonna put hour limits on our internet. so i thought up this plan. what if i used an internet browser other than internet explorer? would that allow me to continue my nonstop internet fun and not have to wry about the limits? what's a good browser other than IE, is it free, and where can i get it? help?

Personally I'd challenge my parents over why they are limiting me to an hour, which is a pathetic time limit... but then that depends on how open to discussion your parents are.

no, not an hour limit, i meant 4 hours a day, or something like that

oh, im talking to you right now from the mozilla browser. it kicks ass. i thought it was regular for a browser to freeze up and close down all the time, but this kicks ass! it hasnt frozen up yet. im gunna convince people to use mozilla where ever i go. i must tell people about this!

Meh, a four hour limit isn't that bad then.
Better though to show your parents that you can regulate yourself though. If you're spending every hour of your time online then a parent should get worried that you're spending too much time in-front of the PC.

i use mozilla and ie6. my main beef with mozilla is it has more bugs than an ant farm.  <_<
