Well yeah, but contriving a "threat" isn't too difficult. Although I'm probably just being overly paranoid. Smiley

The bag came from a programming conference back in 2006.

According to the label it is from Westford Mill, and appears to be one of these - my version has slightly longer handles, and I've stitched some velcro to the top so it can be closed.

Doesn't look like you can order directly, but only £2 on Amazon, and potentially cheaper if you shop around.

Hello! Smiley

Hey! I am insulted. Angry

You missed the crossing fingers part! Tongue

A hobby might suffice as long as you don't have gloves and a swagbag too.

Heh. At this time of year, I always have my gloves with me, and routinely carry an empty canvas bag in my shoulder bag, in case I need extra storage.

Of course, there should be no reason for the police to actually stop/search me, but then with all the "anti-terror" crap the government currently permits, you can't be sure. Undecided

So it's legal for me to wander down the street picking locks, so long as I don't actually break in? Huh

I've thought it might be interesting, and a useful skill to be able to do, but never actually tried it.

That's just... I don't know whether to laugh or cry.

LHC = Large Hadron Collider = The big huge round tunnels at CERN with whizzy protons that might create tiny black holes and destroy the earth (but probably wont).

Due online later this year... some point in the summer, not entirely sure when though.

I'm doing okay.

Been working on the next BPSITE. Smiley

I can say with certainty that it wont be released in 2008. Sad

But if I can keep up my current rate of work, I might manage to beat the LHC coming online. No promises though - I'm taking my time to do everything properly; I intend it to be really good, and make a nice big bang.

And then I'm going to email at all the old members and see how many I can get to come back. Cheesy

Overall, good.

Android is great. Fast and easy to use.
Plus new apps appearing constantly, and not all of them suck (though most do).
And it doesn't have all the developer restrictions like the iPhone does.

The hardware (HTC Dream) is okay, several irritations that HTC should have fixed.

Welcome back!

I think the welcome party is hiding out back and will be along any moment.

So, want a cookie?

Why you asking me for? Huh

Um, I think it was something to do with checking permissions - the old ones hadn't ported across properly.

(Not that this appears to matter much, with how active this place is... I need to get my arse in gear and get things alive again.)

I'm getting a T-Mobile G1 Android!

Ordered it earlier today, should be here by 1pm tomorrow.

Yay!  Grin

Nope; it's got shit DRM stuff. Also, several people have said it's very dissapointing.
