Maybe one of the settings you're using is bad or something?

Or maybe it's just a crap SWF and it's not converting it to save you from humiliation. ;)

i dunno what it is, but every time i try to open any swf, it just says "error opening file"i've converted a few other's already tho.. like jpeg to gif... but swf isnt going.. *p.s. do u know a free web hosting site that will allot me to host images to another site? i was up till 4 in the morning trying to find one*

i'll try converting the swf files to avi files, with aother program, then try converting the avi file to gif

Village Photos (http://www.villagephotos.com) allow remote-linking.
You've got limited bandwidth though, but it's probably fine for small things.

And yeah, if you can't go direct then try going via AVI.

Hummm.... not sure then.

There'll be a place somewhere that does it, though they'll probably be slow/etc.
