And SS, could you please do something about the    and    smilies?  Most of the other ones are good, sometimes bordering on excellent, but the two basic ones just look weird; the first has a square lip, and the second looks like the winner of the All-Cornwall Annual Gurning Contest.

Anyway, sprinting's what I meant - you can only sprint a very short distance before you slow down to such an extent that you're better off not walking at all!  I notice that you can't dive through doorways, or launch yourself through windows in Firearms, nor are the grenades as realistic.

And because TS is still in beta stage, it's still being actively developed, and we're only judging it by the features it has at the moment!  And TS is better suited to teamplay then Firearms, to boot.

And what's more, in TS you can run more than ten foot before you have to stop.  And a Raging Bull does more damage than a shotgun at close range!

Firearms doesn't give you frags for using skill weapons like kung-fu or throwing knives etc.   Heck, it doesn't even have throwing knives!
And TS isn't even out of the beta yet.  But we're going way off-topic here - someone should split this to the gaming forum.  Invision can split topics, yes?

And Steam is indeed evil.  Use it not.

And Firearms has no Raging Bull, Golden Colts or Katanas!  Nor does it have the ability to freeze time, or anything like the realistic physics of TS.  And the TS bot AI is excellent, and highly configurable if you know what you're doing.  Howzat!

I collect tutorials, mostly about computer art, but although I'm a useless freehard artist (at the moment - I'm going to work on it soon) I've got a large number of drawing ones as well (including Anime).  I'll have a dig around and see if I can find out where some of the came from and post the URLs here.

You ought to try listening to a group of hedgehogs at it.  They hide under the hedges and go on for hours and you never even see them (which is probably a good thing).  You just have to point the hose in the general direction and hope you hit 'em.

I couldn't agree more with the stable part - Debian crashes more often than XP on my system.

It just stands still and acts like a tree, of course.

I chose Undead, as they're in almost all RPG games so why not KoC.  Although SS has a point with the goblin idea.
