Title: How's school treating you?
Post by: GandalfTheOld on November 17, 2004, 09:19:06 PM
...

I'll be taking 24 credits next semester.
I'll need 26 and 27 credits for each of the semesters in my final year, combined with 12 credits during summer which... if it wasn't for the 14-credit absolute limit, I'd need to take 1-2 more classes.

And STILL probably won't graduate with both accounting and information system degrees.
Fun.
Wonder if they'll take bribing?
Maybe ask if they'll accept electives for accounting major in one of the CS courses...

If you had a gazillion dollars you wouldn't have to go through this...

nononono.
credits.
generally how many hours per week the course will take.
and most of them at my college are 3credit-courses, so that's 9 classes per week.

Whoa.  You've got an freakishly difficult course-load... is it possible to take some courses over the summer after you graduate?  I'm not quite sure, but I think one of my friends is doing that.  Then again, I haven't seen him personally in over two years, so...

Over here, once you graduate, that's it.
However, you can delay graduation for a year and re-do the entire course. And pay the tuition fee again.

That being half the reason I didn't bother re-doing anything.
The other half of the reason being the entire pointlessness of what I was being 'taught'.
Far better to learn on your own, even if you don't get an official piece of paper for it.
