All that does is slow you down a bit anyhow. The STD which makes all your eggs infertile is the bad one. :hmmm: sounds like the rest of us that don't have eggs yet will have to wait some more time... unless the others get eggs for you?  |

i *had* a battleship.
until Randblade came along and destroyed just about everything.
before the attacks i had 56 carbon satellites, 37 alloy satellites, and 11 production satellites.
almost enough resources every tick to build a defender each time... been near that point twice now, and got kicked back down both times.
now i haven't logged in since notice of Erisia's fleets coming in.
sorry, but without any restriction on who you can attack, it's worse than Wythia in my opinion. (at least that game did have an attack range restriction, although any effort in building up an army or towns there was a waste of effort since everything and anything could be taken away in a matter of one or two attacks)

Bleh.
Randland attacked me and then Erisia's fleets are going to arrive soon.
well, there's not much use in playing the game if they keep on hammering everyone else back down to 100k or less

hmm... that explains why he went up so high in scores. but in my case, i did work for mine: extensive production, constant building and researching i only attacked one person so far in the game  still can't understand how Morat stole 15+ satellites from me with this: Name Your Forces Lost Enemy Forces Lost

I heard though, that only dolphins and humans had sex for pleasure...and an orgy wouldn't exactly be for reproduction purposes...weird..and funny nah, there once was an Animal Planet special or Discovery Channel special where it showed how a certain kind of monkeys had frequent sex... and not the reproductive kinds, but anal, oral, etc... even male-to-male and female-to-female sex. can't remember fully about the details, something about nostrils and ears, too... and that there aren't that many of them around because of the fact that they spend so much time doing non-reproductive sex... |

ahhh... that explains it... i didn't know much of FireFox/FireBird's history :| right now digging through the directories of other browsers to see if there are similar stuff in teh cache... i know i viewed www.lordsoflegend.com many times with regular IE... although with AdMuncher and other stuff active |

you know, i was pulling my hair out trying to figure out what program was accessing that "Pheonix" directory in my Documents and Settings folder...
because that name doesn't appear in the Add/Modify Programs list or in the task manager, and i didn't suspect Mozilla until i took a look at the files in the directory... other than the fire relationship between FireFox and Pheonix, there's not much immediate word connection anyway...
what makes me wonder is how trojans/viruses like these would act in non-IE browsers like Mozilla...
maybe not much different? because they are all browsers anyway...

yeah, researching for battleships here as well now
and found out Gablorfaqua just started sending his fleet(s) over to me, so I'm going to attack back at him with my entire fleet
Let's see who'll build home fleets faster/better before both fleets arrive at their destinations...
I'm already only 3k behind him in scores...
ok, something must be bugged.
because i lost 2-3k'worth of score for no visible reason(no attacks, can't see any loss of satellites, etc), but when i look at the list of players, Dog-Pound suddenly has twice the score of Randland???
EDIT:
Now I'm past Gablorfaqua, 16k behind The 7th Ring, Dog-pound's put into his place, and The 7th Ring is attacking me again :|
Once one of my fleets return back home, i'll prolly be able to easily fend off his attack again...
although, my question is, does spreading out ships over multiple fleets affect your ability to defend, even if they're all at the same place?(like home, for example)
Drauka, need help in maintaining your account in this game? i'm seeing that my non-attacking alt account already passed you in score by double the amount already... (i'll even give you the alt-account if you want in exchange for your current account... or at least provide protection by threatening the people that try to attack you)

the book series sound interesting.
but i'm finding a bit of too much similarities between the LotR series... (the whole concept of holy'ish artifacts being the key for the victory of either the light/good side and the dark/evil side, for one, but then again that's in many fantasy/scifi'ish books...)
not that i've read the WoT series tho.

that's right... although more specifically, through viewing a site with FireFox. I'm suspecting www.lordsoflegend.com of this... (it had a previous record of having trojan/virus-infected pop-ups and crap before) why i knew it had to be FireFox? because I looked at the files in the folders. let's see... bookmarks, plugins, profiles, user id's and passwords... cookies, history, search, downloads, etc... what does it sound like? a browser. and sure enough, when i looked at the user id's and passwords, they were all for places i've only visited with Mozilla FireFox (among other things, this forum, lordsoflegend, kingsofchaos... etc) checked out another comp that had FireFox, had the same directory layout, but with little or no cache files in it this time. (well, i didn't use Mozilla as much on this other comp, so that explains a part of it...) i'll have to be careful :| |

Rather irked by finding that a trojan smuggled itself into a temp cache folder of Mozilla's FireFox...
and I'm wondering which of the damned sites I visited put itself in there... but I can't remember where I went a month ago :|
it's along the lines of:
